Showroom Manager

Job Description 

 

Circle Furniture, a trusted provider of high-quality home furnishings, is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Store Manager for our new Hyannis location. As the Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, dedicated to ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while leading a team of talented sales professionals.

 

Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and implementing effective coaching plans. You will inspire your team to embrace our values and create a welcoming environment where customers can discover the perfect pieces to enhance their homes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing store team focused on providing excellent customer service.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining corporate merchandising standards and an organized stockroom.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Analyze sales performance and trends to optimize inventory management and product selection.
  • Drive improvements in store operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a focus on furniture or home goods.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing team members.
  • Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management and retail operations.
  • Passion for home furnishings and an eye for aesthetics.
